Staff to heat and serve are so fantastic that we have clients phoning us all the time to tell us how good they are! We operate a service where Self Employed Caterers who heat & platter & serve are offered and agree to undertake REFERRALS to catering assignments as INDEPENDENT WORKERS. The contract of service is between the client and the worker. SELF EMPLOYED CATERERS and/or INDEPENDENT WORKERS and/or REFERRED WORKERS are not employed by Fingerfoodbiz Pty Ltd. and therefore must be paid directly by client. All food caterers to heat & platter & serve are self employed and are paid on the night by the client. All food caterers come dressed in black & whites with bow tie. FOOD STAFFING For some suburbs & areas we are only able to supply catering foods to clients who also require a food caterer. This is because food staff may be able to pick up the food for you if it is an 'out of the way' area and/or late booking and/or if our delivery run is booked out. We operate a complimentary staff referral service, you only pay what they charge you! We also find and book the caterers for you to keep your function stress free. Self employed food catering / waiting / kitchen help food staff are available to work for you. To heat and serve and generally look after guests. STAFFING Staffing is an extra cost. DIY is only available Saturday PM otherwise you must have a caterer. You have the choice of DIY if required we would be pleased to book uniformed caterer to heat and serve the food for you. Booking a food caterer for you on your behalf is free service we offer. CATERING COSTS To stay 3 hrs they charge an average of $79 to $89 for normal scheduled delivery areas, depending on where your function is. Caterers charges for other areas is by quotation. You can book self employed food caterers longer than 3 hrs if you wish @ $20 per hr. Sundays & Public Hols $25 ph + travel. Parking fees if applicable is an extra charge at cost. BEVERAGE STAFF are a much higher rate of pay. If required we can contact for you. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Before making a booking with us to cater for you, it is very important for you to read and fully understand and fully agree with our CANCELLATION POLICY. DELIVERY Delivery is available to most suburbs for $20 to $29 Delivery fee of $20 to $29 covers most suburbs. Delivery for other areas is by quotation. Delivery covers the initial delivery of food order, serving trays + free hire benchtop oven. Delivery fee also covers later return to pick everything back up again. 2 Trips for 1 price. Out of the way delivery areas quoted prior to taking your booking. ALL finger food is supplied COLD-3 degrees C. ex depot. Less than 5 degrees C. on delivery. Food is delivered in insulated containers with ice sheets, ready for heating on site! CABOOLTURE & BALLINA ~ NO DIY AVAILABLE FOR THESE AREAS $150 COVERS 1 STAFF FOR 3 HOURS AND THE DELIVERY. BRIBIE ISLAND IS $200 SOME OUTER AREAS ~ NO DIY AVAILABLE OTHER NON SCHEDULED DELIVERY AREAS ~ NO DIY AVAILABLE DELIVERY AND STAFFING COSTS QUOTED FOR SOME AREAS. IMPORTANT USUALLY WE CAN ONLY REFER ONE FOOD STAFF OR TWO FOOD STAFF AT THE VERY MOST AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE OF $79/$89 FOR 3 HOURS. OTHER STAFF CAN BE ARRANGED FOR YOU THROUGH A CATERING STAFF HIRE COMPANY THE RATE OF PAY FOR SUCH STAFF IS HIGHER. Food staff can look after 50 or so guests with just a little help to serve, more than 50 or so guests requires helpers to carry around all of the platters of food.
