FINGERFOODBIZ CANCELLATION POLICY You can make a worry & stress free booking with us because up to 6 days prior to your function date, free of any charge whatsoever, you can change your mind and completely cancel your booking, or you can reduce the number of guests that you have booked for, or you can completely change the menu that you have booked. NO CHARGE ~ NO WORRY ~ NO STRESS. HOWEVER after 6 days prior to your function date you are totally locked in to what you have confirmed, therefore cancellations or reductions or date changes cannot be accepted under any circumstances whatsoever and you would still be liable to pay the TOTAL $ INVOICE AMOUNT of your confirmed booking. Please do not make or confirm a booking if you do not understand this requirement or if you do not agree with this requirement. Cancellations can only be accepted via a phone call to 1300 305 222 Cancellations will not be accepted via email.  Should you have any questions regarding the following cancellation policy, please phone us on 1300 305 222 prior to making a booking with us for supply of our party foods and or services. By placing a booking with FINGERFOOODBIZ for supply of catering foods and or services, you agree that you are entering in to a legally binding contract with FINGERFOODBIZ. By placing a booking with FINGERFOOODBIZ for supply of catering foods and or services, you further agree that you totally understand and agree with and warrant to abide by all of the following:- 1.  You agree that you have until 6 days prior to your function date to advise FINGERFOODBIZ if you no longer wish to proceed with your booking. This advice 6 days prior to your function date cancells the contract and your booking. Any deposit or pre payment would be returned to you, and you would not be liable for any payment whatsoever. 2.  You agree that you have until 6 days prior to your function date to advise FINGERFOODBIZ if you are proceeding with your booking, CONFIRMING that you are proceeding with your booking means that you are fully locking in and commiting and authorising FINGERFOODBIZ to proceed with whatever organising and manufacture and production and purchasing that in the absolute opinion and discretion of FINGERFOODBIZ is required to complete the contract between FINGERFOODBIZ and yourself.  3. CONFIRMING means that you are authorising FINGERFOODBIZ to act in your name and on your behalf to book the number of staff that you have requested and to book a delivery service to delivery whatever foods and equipment that are required. 4. CONFIRMING also means that after 6 days prior to your function date, should you need to cancel the booking or postpone the booking date or reduce the number of guests being catered for or reduce the number of staff booked or cancel the delivery service, you still agree to pay FINGERFOODBIZ the full total $ amount quoted for the catering foods and the delivery and the staffing that was booked on your behalf. 5. CONFIRMING also means that after 6 days prior to your function date, if for any reason whatsoever inclusive of the below listed reasons, you need to cancel the booking or postpone the booking date or reduce the number of guests being catered for or reduce the number of staff booked or cancel the delivery service, you still agree to pay FINGERFOODBIZ the full total $ amount quoted for the catering foods and the delivery and the staffing that was booked on your behalf. For the purpose of this contract no reason whatsoever is an acceptable reason to void or override this agreement in any way, including any dramatic or unforseeable event or events and including any event or events that you have no control over whatsoever.  Please do not make or confirm a booking if you do not fully agree with and fully understand all of these terms and conditions.     FINGERFOODBIZ.
