Doing it yourself
If you wish to heat and serve the food yourself then FingerFoodBiz can offer you a DIY arrangement. There are however some limitations to this service, as follows:
(a) DIY is only available on Saturdays.
(b) We do not offer a pick up yourself service.
(c) DIY is not available in Caboolture, Ballina or Bribie Island. See below for more information.
(d) DIY is not available in some other outer areas and all non-scheduled areas. Delivery and staffing costs are quoted for these areas.

You can also let us arrange the staff for your event because most people just want to enjoy their party without the worry of the food. Imagine... wouldn’t it be nice to have some one tending to the food and your guests while you’re free to mingle without a care in the world knowing all is well!

FingerFoodBiz can organise you catering staff for most areas from Brisbane down to Northern NSW. . We only refer you to the best and professional catering staff so that we know you are getting the best possible service and hospitality for your guests. Go on, give yourself a break!

Typical catering services last 3 hours and in most situations will be $122-$165 per staff member for 3 hours (Gold Coast, Brisbane & Northern Rivers).  Larger amounts of food and guests may require additional staff. Additional time can be arranged if required at $30 per hour per staff member. Sunday and Public Holidays are charged at $35 per hour plus travel for each staff member.

Caboolture and Ballina have a fixed price of $220 which covers 1 staff member for 3 hours and delivery. Bribie Island is available with the same services for $270. Sunday and Public holidays will be quoted if required..

Beverage staff are also available. Their rate of pay is generally higher than for regular staff and may be arranged if required.

Delivery Service

We provide a professional delivery service to every event booked.  Delivery covers your food order, free hire benchtop oven, serving trays etc as well as returning later to pick up all necessary items that were dropped off in your delivery.  All fingerfoods in our menus are supplied COLD 3° c. ex depot, in insulated containers, ready for heating on site.

Delivery fee is $50.00 in areas in and around the Gold Coast and Brisbane with all other areas, quoted prior to taking your booking. We do not offer a pick up yourself service.
